Relaxation is the precursor to healing. It's ok to go slow before you power flow, especially if you are experiencing sensory issues (sensitivity to light, sound, touch, movement, difficulty focusing, irritability, dissosociation) due to emotional or physical trauma which can make it hard to return or stay on your mat, especially after you've pushed yourself while already navigating anxiety, ptsd or depression.
